Built for F-150 EcoBoost owners who want a more aggressive, more present exhaust note without sacrificing everyday drivability.

⚠️ Important Fitment Notice:
This system is designed for non-GPF equipped vehicles. Some late-production 2026 Ford F-150 EcoBoost models may be equipped with a factory Gasoline Particulate Filter (GPF) and are not currently confirmed for fitment. Please verify fitment before ordering or contact us if you are unsure.

The Thermal R&D Savage catback exhaust system features a shorter muffler design that lets more of the turbocharged engine’s natural tone come through. The result is a deeper, more pronounced sound at idle and under boost, with a stronger overall presence compared to the standard system.

Full 3” mandrel-bent T304 stainless steel tubing improves exhaust flow and efficiency, allowing the 2.7L and 3.5L EcoBoost engines to breathe more freely while delivering a sharper, more responsive sound under acceleration.

At the core is our True Helmholtz Technology, engineered to target and cancel the low-frequency resonance that causes cabin drone. The result is an aggressive tone when you’re on throttle, and a smooth, controlled experience while cruising.

Out back, the dual exit configuration fills the rear valance properly and gives the truck a more aggressive, balanced look. Tip finish options are available in polished stainless or black ceramic to match your build.

The system installs using factory hanger locations and mounts directly to the OEM catalytic converters or downpipes for a straightforward bolt-on installation with no cutting or welding required.

Does my truck have a Gasoline Particulate Filter (GPF)?
The easiest way to check is by looking under the hood for the Vehicle Emissions Control Information sticker. If GPF is listed on the emissions label, this system is not currently compatible.
