What Is The Return Policy?

You may return unused, uninstalled, resaleable parts that were purchased directly through Thermal R&D within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund minus shipping charges and a $25 restocking fee. Thermal R&D Exhaust Performance only accepts unused returns, complete with all parts and paperwork, in their original packaging from original purchaser. No returns or exchanges are accepted after 30 days. No returns accepted from 3rd party dealers or wholesalers.

Can I Return a Part For Any Reason?

Thermal R&D Performance will accept returns and exchanges on unused parts within 30 days of the original purchase date. We do charge a $25 restocking fee, customer is responsible for covering shipping costs for the return. You'll need to complete a Return Authorization Number request here, have the part in unused, resaleable condition, and all components and the parts must be returned in new condition in the original packaging. If original packaging is unavailable, please contact Thermal directly to discuss packaging options.

*Please insure the package for the purchase price on return shipment in case damage occurs - Thermal will not accept responsibility for carrier damage. 

What Is The Exchange Policy?

How Do I Ship A Part Back To You?

First, review our return policy details above then request a Return Authorization Number at sales@thermalrd.com. Once you receive the RMA, follow these steps:

  1. Repack the part back in the original packaging, ensuring parts are secure and no damage will occur in transit. Be sure to include all parts, hardware, instructions, or other items that came with it.
  2. Write your RMA number clearly on the box.
  3. Ship the part(s) back to us at 43103 Exchange Place, Lancaster, CA 93535 and obtain a tracking number from the carrier. We encourage you track the shipment and to purchase shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for returns that get lost or damaged in transit.

You Sent Me The Wrong Part. What Do I Do?

If we sent you the wrong part, we will correct the error. Please contact us at 661-723-2872 to discuss this so we can make it right.

I Ordered The Wrong Part. Now What?

If you have questions about fitment or other concerns, please email us at sales@thermalrd.com before you purchase. We're happy to help. 

If you did order the wrong part, please request an RMA number here. You will need to follow the instructions for returns as described above. Please be advised there is $25 restock fee to cover re-boxing and inspection costs. Otherwise, we are happy to receive the incorrect part back and get you the Thermal part you’re looking for.

It's Been Longer Than 30 Days. Can I Still Return Or Exchange A Part?

Sorry, no. We cannot accept returns or exchanges after 30 days from the original purchase date.

Why Wouldn't I Be Able To Return Or Exchange A Part?

There are a few reasons we cannot accept a part:

  • If you installed the parts or the parts are damaged in any way.
  • If you are requesting this past 30 days of the original purchase.
  • If any pieces, parts, or components are damaged or missing.
  • If there is no receipt or RMA number included with your return.

Is There A Restocking Fee?

Yes. Thermal R&D Exhaust Performance does require a $25 restocking fee on returns and exchanges to cover our re-boxing and inspection expenses. If you have questions about fitment or other concerns, please email us at sales@thermalrd.com before you purchase. We're happy to help. 

What If The Part Is Defective Or Damaged?

If you receive a part that is defective right out of the box, please us immediately at 661-723-2872. Do not attempt to install the parts, and please have pictures available so we can make it right.

If you receive a newly purchased part bought from Thermal R&D directly, and it was damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. Keep the box and take photos, we'll file a claim with the carrier and discuss next steps to get you a new part.
