The Thermal R&D dual exit catback exhaust system for the 2021-2026 Ford F-150 5.0L V8 is designed for owners who want a deeper, more aggressive exhaust note while maintaining everyday drivability. The full 3" tubing improves exhaust flow and gives the V8 the stronger, more pronounced tone it should have from the factory.
⚠️ Important Fitment Notice:
This system is designed for non-GPF equipped vehicles. Some late-production 2026 Ford F-150 5.0L models may be equipped with a factory Gasoline Particulate Filter (GPF) and are not currently confirmed for fitment. Please verify fitment before ordering or contact us if you are unsure.
To control unwanted resonance, the system uses Thermal’s True Helmholtz Technology, engineered to target and cancel the low-frequency tones that cause cabin drone during steady cruising. The result is a deep, aggressive sound under throttle that remains smooth and controlled on the highway.

Does my truck have a Gasoline Particulate Filter (GPF)?
The easiest way to check is by looking under the hood for the Vehicle Emissions Control Information sticker. If GPF is listed on the emissions label, this system is not currently compatible.
