Introducing the Thermal R&D "Sport" tuned dual rear exit exhaust system for the Polaris Slingshot. This dual rear exit sport tuned exhaust system from Thermal Research & Development checks all the boxes like its sister product the "Touring" exhaust. It's ceramic coated from top to bottom, which insulates the exhaust heat, vastly reducing cabin foot well and trans tunnel temperatures.

The entire system is built from 304 mandrel bent stainless steel and tucks in the trans tunnel so that you don't lose ground clearance. The exhaust system features custom billet aluminum exhaust hangars for the rear end and a trans tunnel mount with polyurethane bushings for the center support along with a center slip joint to allow for vast temperature variations. The custom made Bugatti Chiron inspired exhaust tips exit out the rear of the Slingshot and feature colored inserts for a truly "one of kind" visual statement that's second to none.

Cabin smell while driving is virtually non existent unlike other rear exit exhaust systems on the market due to the proprietary design of the Thermal muffler and the fact that the system keeps the stock catalytic converter in place.
