The Thermal R&D 2.5" Mid Pipes for the 2020–2027 Ford Explorer ST are now available as a standalone product. Originally included with our complete 2.5" cat-back exhaust system, these became so popular that customers began requesting them separately.

Whether you're replacing a damaged section, upgrading an existing setup, or piecing together your own Thermal R&D exhaust, these direct-fit mid-pipes deliver the same fit, finish, and quality our customers have come to expect.

Manufactured from premium T304 stainless steel, these mid-pipes are designed to bolt directly to your existing Thermal R&D 2.5" Explorer ST exhaust system for a simple installation and factory-like fit.
