The Thermal R&D 2.5" Mid Pipes for the 2020–2027 Ford Explorer ST are now available as a standalone product. Originally included with our complete 2.5" front pipe back exhaust system, these became so popular that customers began requesting them separately.

Also fits 2020–2027 Ford Explorer Platinum models equipped with the 3.0L EcoBoost. These mid-pipes use the factory mounting locations and are a direct fit when used with a compatible Thermal R&D 2.5" exhaust system.

Whether you're replacing a damaged section, upgrading an existing setup, or piecing together your own Thermal R&D exhaust, these direct-fit mid-pipes deliver the same fit, finish, and quality our customers have come to expect.

Manufactured from premium T304 stainless steel with mandrel-bent tubing, these mid-pipes are designed to bolt directly to your existing Thermal R&D 2.5" Explorer ST exhaust system for a simple installation and factory-like fit.
