Honda Civic Si Coupe 3" Catback Exhaust System (B184-C184)

The Honda Civic Si Coupe has always been a favorite platform for the Thermal R&D team. With the turbocharged 1.5L engine, it became a natural focus for development. As with all Thermal systems, the goal was to deliver the right balance of performance, sound, and everyday drivability.

This system features full 3" T304 stainless steel construction before reducing to 2.5", improving exhaust flow while maintaining refined sound characteristics. A resonated mid-pipe works together with our True Helmholtz Technology to manage sound frequencies, producing aggressive turbo tones during acceleration while cancelling the low-frequency drone that can occur during steady cruising.

Because every Thermal R&D exhaust is engineered and developed in-house, the rear section also features an upgraded tip design that complements the factory styling. The polished tip properly fills the OEM rear valance, giving the Civic Si Coupe a cleaner and more purposeful appearance.

The system installs using the factory hanger locations for a direct bolt-on fit and includes all required hardware and clamps.
