2016+ Honda Civic Hatchback Sport Catback / Front Pipe Exhaust System (B183-C187)

When the Honda Civic Hatchback Sport arrived, the engineers at Thermal R&D focused on developing a system that improves exhaust flow while delivering a stronger, more refined sound. The goal was to create a system that enhances the character of the turbocharged engine without introducing unwanted cabin drone.

This system uses full 3" T304 stainless steel tubing and connects directly to the factory catalytic converter and front pipe. The larger diameter tubing improves exhaust efficiency while maintaining smooth sound characteristics throughout the rev range.

To manage sound with the larger 3" tubing, the rear section incorporates Thermal's True Helmholtz Technology (THT). This internal chamber targets the low-frequency resonance that causes drone while allowing the deeper turbo tone to come through during acceleration.

The upgraded dual polished stainless tips are designed to properly fill the factory rear valance, giving the Civic Hatchback Sport a cleaner, more finished appearance.
