1. We Continue To Invest In The Latest Technology And Equipment

The landscape of new vehicles is always changing, as are the evolving demands of enthusiasts. That's why we continually invest in advanced exhaust system tuning and development methods. Today we use True Helmholtz Technology which virtually eliminates exhaust drone AND the need for restrictive mufflers. This allows Thermal R&D to use mufflers with better performance attributes than other brands.

2. We Use T304 Stainless Steel

A lot of companies use 400 series stainless steel to reduce costs and pad their profits. However, it is also less resistant to corrosion and rust. Exhaust systems are exposed to water, salt, and other corrosive materials. That's why we choose not to compromise and use T304 stainless steel. Not only does T304 stainless steel provide superior resistance to corrosion, but it is one of the reasons why our exhaust systems come with a lifetime warranty.

3. Our Exhaust Systems Have Mandrel-Bent Tubing

All exhaust systems have bends in their tubing but how those bends are created makes a big difference in exhaust performance. That's why we use a mandrel bending process to ensure all bends are free of wrinkles, crimps, or weak points that can constrict exhaust flow. The mandrel bending process not only provides better performance but sounds better as well.

Thermal R&D makes exhaust systems for a variety of cars and trucks, including older vehicles like the 1988 to 1991 Honda Civic 3-door, and unusual vehicles like the Polaris Slingshot.
