This 2.5” catback system is designed to increase exhaust efficiency while delivering a stronger, more aggressive tone under throttle. At cruising speeds, the system remains smooth and controlled, making it ideal for everyday driving.

At the core is our True Helmholtz Technology, engineered to target and cancel the low-frequency resonance that causes cabin drone. The result is a clean, balanced sound on the road without the fatigue often associated with performance exhaust systems.

The system features a three-canister design with one center muffler and two rear Helmholtz mufflers. The center muffler uses a three-section internal layout with two sound absorption chambers and a mixing chamber to smooth out the exhaust tone and reduce high-frequency rasp. Out back, the dual Helmholtz mufflers are tuned specifically to eliminate unwanted frequencies while maintaining a strong, refined tone.

All mufflers utilize a straight-through design to maximize performance without restricting flow.

Constructed from mandrel-bent T304 stainless steel, the system delivers long-term durability, corrosion resistance, and consistent exhaust performance.

This system installs as a direct bolt-on replacement using factory mounting points for a straightforward upgrade. Whether paired with factory tips or upgraded with Thermal R&D options, it delivers improved sound, better exhaust flow, and a clean OEM-plus appearance.
