2014–2019 Ford Fiesta ST 3” Catback Exhaust System

Our Thermal R&D Ford Fiesta ST catback exhaust system is engineered to improve exhaust flow while giving the car a deeper, more refined performance sound.

When the Fiesta ST arrived in the North American market, our goal was simple: enhance the character of the turbocharged engine without sacrificing daily drivability. The result is a full 3” system that delivers a stronger, more aggressive tone under acceleration while remaining smooth and controlled at cruising speeds.

Constructed from mandrel-bent T304 stainless steel, this system improves exhaust efficiency and allows the engine to breathe more freely. Out back, dual polished 2.5” angle-cut tips provide a clean, finished look that fits properly within the OEM rear valance.

To manage sound from the larger diameter tubing, the system incorporates a straight-through mid-pipe resonator along with an additional rear resonator. This combination maintains unrestricted flow under throttle while reducing unwanted resonance during steady driving.

This system installs as a direct bolt-on replacement using factory mounting points, making it an easy upgrade for Fiesta ST owners looking for improved sound, better exhaust flow, and long-term durability.
