2.5" Front Pipe Back Exhaust - Ford Explorer ST

Some Explorer ST owners want to wake the neighbors. Others just want to stop apologizing for how quiet their 400 horsepower sounds. The 2.5" front pipe back exhaust is built for the second group — a deep, composed exhaust note that makes itself known without taking over.

It uses the same True Helmholtz Technology, the same T304 stainless steel construction, and the same drone-free highway manners found in our larger systems, just dialed back to a level that works every single day.

Like every exhaust we make, this system is built from mandrel-bent T304 stainless steel for long-term durability, corrosion resistance, and consistent exhaust performance.

The system mounts directly to the OEM catalytic converters and downpipes, uses the factory hangers, and clears the OEM valance with no cutting or welding required. Everything fits the way it was designed to because it was engineered specifically for the Explorer ST, not adapted from something else.

True Helmholtz Technology is not a marketing term. It is a physics-based resonance solution using precision-tuned chambers that identify and cancel the specific frequencies that cause drone without restricting the exhaust path. The dual 4" angle-cut black coated tips are sized specifically to fill the ST rear valance flush, with no gaps and no adapters. The blacked-out finish is aggressive, low-key, and works with every exterior color the ST comes in.
